from the American Holistic College of Nutrition and a professional trainer with

National Basketball Conditioning Coaches Association (NBCCA) and has worked with

| | Dr. David Shiflet has built a successful wellness practice in Gilbert,
Arizona. He has his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic
College, where he graduated with honors. He has continued his education,
completing certification in Physiotherapy and Traction, Low Back Diagnosis and
Treatment and Nutritional Microscopy. Dr. Shiflet has served as a consultant for
Southwest Exercise and Training Magazine (SWEAT) and as team physician for the
Arizona Outsiders Arena Football Club for five years. He draws on his own
experience and success to teach other health care professionals how to implement
clinical nutrition in their practice. |

| | Michael Shahani serves as Director of Operations of Nebraska Cultures, Inc.,
a company that is dedicated to continually manufacturing and providing superior
probiotics based both on the groundbreaking research of Nebraska Cultures’
founder the late Dr. Khem Shahani and current research that continues in Dr.
Shahani’s footsteps. Dr. Shahani was a professor of Food Science and Technology
at the University of Nebraska and was considered the leading expert in the field
of probiotics. Dr. Shahani’s extensive research covered a broad range of topics
including lactic cultures, food fermentations, human and animal nutrition,
vitamins, enzymes, antibiotics and food toxicity. A member of more than a dozen
state, national, and international organizations, Dr. Shahani wrote and
co-authored over 200 articles for scientific journals, six book chapters and
four encyclopedia sections, and his research is quoted in almost every new book

Becky Greer's interest in health began at Utah Technical College and Brigham
Young University where she studied nursing. Becky went on to work at Utah Valley
Regional Medical Hospital. Throughout her five years there she worked on the
Medical/Surgeon floors and the Intermediate, Intensive, and Coronary Care Units.
She also worked in the Newborn Nursery, Pediatrics, and Pediatric Intensive Care
Unit. Her experiences led to a greater knowledge and awareness of the importance
of nutrition, resulting in her certification as an advanced Nutritional Microscopist. Becky completed her advanced training under Dr. Joel Robbins M.D.,
D.C., N.D., Dr. Khem Shahani and Doug Grant. She has combined her past
experiences with her extensive education to found her own health and nutrition
company, Naturally Healthy by Design.

| | Robin Pound is currently the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Phoenix
Suns. He is founder and President of the National Basketball Conditioning
Coaches Association. Robin has been a Strength and Conditioning Coach for 20
years, 12 years within the college system and 8 years within the National
Basketball Association.

| | Since 1994, Mike Brungardt has worked with the San Antonio Spurs as the
Strength and Conditioning coach. He has shared his knowledge with hundreds of
others, presenting clinics and seminars in strength and conditioning to high
schools across the country. Mike is the co-author of four health and fitness

| | Dr. Joel Robbins is president and founder of the College of Natural Health,
an institution dedicated to educating people about nutrition and health. Dr.
Robbins has operated a successful Health and Wellness practice in Tulsa, OK
since 1978. He writes and presents seminars on health, nutrition and healthy
lifestyle practices to varied audiences across the United States and Canada. He
has taught continuing education seminars for audiences such as hospital
nutritionists and food service personnel, and is a frequent guest on radio and
television talk shows. Along with his degrees: Doctor of Chiropractic, Doctor of
Naturopathy, and Doctor of Medicine, Dr. Robbins has completed numerous
post-graduate courses in nutrition and health science.
